Baseball Background

Zach Wilson is a current professional baseball player. He has been playing professional baseball since 2011 when he was drafted by the New York Yankees out of Arizona State where he represented the Arizona State Sun Devils in two College World Series in 2009 and 2010. Zach was also drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates out of high school but decided to take his talents to Arizona State to develop more as a player. After being drafted by the New York Yankees in 2011 he went on to play in the Yankee organization having an All-Star season in 2013 and then went on to be promoted to Double - A. From 2015 - 2017 Zach played from the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs in the Atlantic League where he had 3 successful season. Appearing in 2 all-star games, winning the all-star MVP award and winning the Homerun Derby in 2017 and was named the hitting coach for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs for the 2017 season. Zach went on to play in the Can Am League with the Quebec Capitales in 2018 and part of 2019 after he finished his season overseas with a team in europe. Zach is also in his second winter season in the Australian Baseball League with the Canberra Cavalry where he has had a lot of success.

Its my mission to help educate people across the globe, about diet & exercise and the importance of living a healthy balanced lifestyle, and how fad diets and extreme training styles are not the way forward if you are searching for healthy, sustainable results.

I'm a big advocate of living a well rounded healthy lifestyle that you can be flexible and enjoyable whilst working towards your fitness goals. I believe a strong body represents a strong mind, and a strong mind allows you to achieve anything you want in life. A strong mind will allow you to focus less on the negatives that life may throw at you and will keep you focused on what will help you achieve your goals. 

My work is based entirely on making people feel more comfortable about their bodies through exercise and education. My advice specifically helps both women and men achieve their training and aesthetic goals.
