Sports Performance Program

Develop strength and power for sport. Wilson Performance offers training plans for athletes of all sports looking to take their game to the next level. A comprehensive 12 week program to enhance sports performance.  

Wilson Performance programs are designed to enhance all aspects of athletic performance, including strength, power, mobility, speed, agility, and endurance. Wilson Performance does not build one-dimensional athletes. All programs are built to fit the athletes specific needs. 

Our 12-Week Sports Performance program is perfect for High School, College and Pro athletes that are ready to focus on enhancing sport-specific quality. 

Sports Performance Program

  • Training Level: High school, College and Professional Athletes

  • Workouts per Week: Program is 3-5x per week, but can be adjusted to your schedule

  • Workout Length: 60-90 Minutes

  • Duration: 12-Weeks

  • Equipment Needed: Barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls

Course Description

Our 12-Week Sports Performance Program has everything you need to enhance your performance. We'll focus on all aspects of  your sports performance, including:

  • A challenging 12-week program that progresses monthly and builds to prepare you for the season

  • 3-5 day a week program that can be adjusted based on your schedule

  • Comprehensive program designed to enhance strength, power, and speed
