If you’d love the guidance of a personal trainer but not the financial burden or time commitment, online personal training is a great option. Online training provides you a custom workout program that will maximize your results, the flexibility to complete the workouts in your own time rather than being tied down to scheduled sessions, and the coaching to ensure you stay on track.

Wilson Performance online personal training is customizable and offered in different packages to fit your lifestyle and needs. All training programs include easy to follow exercise plans with video demonstrations and are tailored to the equipment that you have access to. Whether you want to train at home with no equipment, or you have full access to a gym 24/7, you’ll have a plan that works for you and a trainer to keep you accountable!

Which program fits you best?

Basic Package: Best for those that have worked with a trainer before or have experience working out on their own with proper form. These individuals simply want a workout program to follow on their own and don’t need a lot of support to stay motivated.

Premium Package: Best for those that would like a trainer several days a week, but can also train on their own and have experience with a personal trainer. Weekly check-ins ensure that you’ll stay on track, and recorded form-checks will keep your workouts safe and effective.

Premium Plus Package: Best for those that want 1:1 support and an all-encompassing training program. You’ll not only receive a full training program, but we will also go over lifestyle factors and plan out your days that don’t have scheduled workout to ensure you stay on track throughout your program. Recorded form-checks will ensure that your workouts are safe and effective. 

Sports Performance Package:  Best for athletes looking to enhance all aspects of athletic performance, including strength, power, mobility, speed, agility, and endurance. Wilson Performance does not build one-dimensional athletes. All programs are built to fit the athletes specific needs. Recorded form checks will ensure that your workouts are safe and effective. Periodic strength testing to see athletes progression. 

Online Personal Training Packages:

Basic Package: $109/month (in person would be $520/month)

  • 3 workouts per week

  • Initial health/lifestyle questionnaire

  • 15-minute initial consultation (Skype or phone call)

  • Unlimited access to mobile/online app

  • Support through email, texting, and the online/mobile app

Premium Package: $169/month (in person would be $780/month)

  • 3-4 workouts per week

  • Initial health/lifestyle questionnaire

  • 15-minute initial consultation (Skype or phone call)

  • Weekly 15-minute check ins

  • Form check ins (recorded videos)

  • Unlimited access to mobile/online app

  • Support through email, texting, and the online/mobile app

Premium Plus Package: $209/month (in person would be $1,040/month)

  • 3-5 workouts per week

  • Initial health/lifestyle questionnaire

  • 15-minute initial consultation (Skype or phone call)

  • Weekly 15-20 minute check ins, including advice and suggestions for workouts and active recoveries on non-scheduled days as well as expertise on lifestyle changes

  • Form check ins (recorded videos)

  • Unlimited access to mobile/online app

  • Support through email, texting, and the online/mobile app

Sports Performance Package: $259/month (in person would be $1,500/month)

  • 4 - 6 workouts per week (depending on goals)

  • Initial health/lifestyle questionnaire

  • 15-minute initial consultation (Skype or phone call)

  • Weekly 15-20 minute check ins, including advice and suggestions for workouts and active recoveries on days off

  • Form check ins (recorded videos)

  • Periodic Strength Testing to measure progress
